At Catchers, we stand behind the quality of our furniture products. Here's what you need to know about our furniture warranty:

Coverage

  • We offer a 1-year manufacturer warranty on all furniture products from the date of purchase.

Claim Process

  1. If you encounter issues with a faulty, damaged, or incorrect product, notify us within 48 hours of receiving the item.
  2. Provide supporting evidence of the issue.
  3. Return the item in its original packaging and condition.

Returns and Restocking Fees

  • Change of mind returns: 10% restocking fee applies.
  • Special orders and pre-orders: 25% restocking fee applies.
  • Shipping costs are not refunded for returns.
  • Customers are responsible for returning items to our store.

Important Notes

  • Customized or altered units are not eligible for refunds.
  • Measure your furniture to ensure it fits through doorways, lift access, and entranceways before ordering.
  • Additional delivery fees may apply if delivery fails due to limited access.
