At Catchers, we stand behind the quality of our furniture products. Here's what you need to know about our furniture warranty:
Coverage
- We offer a 1-year manufacturer warranty on all furniture products from the date of purchase.
Claim Process
- If you encounter issues with a faulty, damaged, or incorrect product, notify us within 48 hours of receiving the item.
- Provide supporting evidence of the issue.
- Return the item in its original packaging and condition.
Returns and Restocking Fees
- Change of mind returns: 10% restocking fee applies.
- Special orders and pre-orders: 25% restocking fee applies.
- Shipping costs are not refunded for returns.
- Customers are responsible for returning items to our store.
Important Notes
- Customized or altered units are not eligible for refunds.
- Measure your furniture to ensure it fits through doorways, lift access, and entranceways before ordering.
- Additional delivery fees may apply if delivery fails due to limited access.
