Reserve furniture and appliances before they land in New Zealand. Pre-order lets you secure the item you want, even when it is not yet in our Auckland warehouse.
About Pre-Order
01 / HOW IT WORKSThe term pre-order indicates that the items are not in stock right now, but you can still place an order and secure your spot in the next shipment.
We email you the estimated shipping date once we receive your order
As soon as the items are ready in our warehouse, we let you know about pick up or delivery
Pre-Order ETA
02 / TIMINGWe receive a new shipment container at our Auckland warehouse every 3 weeks. It usually takes around 7 to 12 weeks from the closing date of pre-orders for stock to become available.
Please refer to the ETA date on your order for an estimate of when your item will arrive.
Before You Cancel a Pre-Order
Due to the considerable effort involved in processing pre-order cancellations, our cancellation policy is enforced. A 25% restocking fee applies if you choose to cancel your pre-order.
For fully customised orders, such as tailored kitchen islands, bookcases, and wardrobes, cancellations cannot be made once the purchase order has been processed with our suppliers.
