1) About Pre-order

The term 'pre-order' indicates that the items are not in stock right now, but you can still place an order.

We'll email you the estimated shipping date after we receive your order.

As soon as the items are ready in our warehouse, we'll inform you about pick-up or delivery.

2) Pre-order ETA

We receive a new shipment container at our Auckland warehouse every 3 weeks.

It usually takes around 7 to 12 weeks from the closing date of pre-orders for stock to become available.

Please refer to the ETA date for an estimate of when it will arrive.

3) Cancellation

Due to the considerable effort involved in processing pre-order cancellations, our cancellation policy is enforced.

A 25% restocking fee will be applied if you choose to cancel your pre-order.

Additionally, for fully customised orders, such as tailored kitchen islands, bookcases and wardrobes, cancellations cannot be made after the purchase order has been processed with our suppliers.
