Furniture Delivery

Extended (Auckland)	Upstairs delivery, unboxing, assembly (Two people, additional charges apply)
Outside Auckland	Outsourced to freight companies (3-15 working days)

Preorder Items: 8-12 weeks delivery time (estimated)

Delivery Schedule:

• We'll contact you 1-2 working days in advance
• Deliveries occur between 10 am and 5 pm on weekdays
• No deliveries on public holidays

White Glove Service

Our premium option includes:

• Upstairs delivery
• Packaging removal
• Basic furniture assembly
• Item placement in desired location

• Tracking: Automatic email with tracking number upon dispatch
